Before Dj TBLaZe was rocking clubs in NYC, he was a 12 year old Brooklyn kid carrying records in crates and pushing around equipment for his cousins who Dj’ed private parties. He used to watch his cousins rock crowds and loved the reaction the people had when songs were dropped. The love for music and the crowd’s reaction is what sparked TBLaZe’s Interest in the Dj Craft.  

 

While working the set at private parties and boat rides with his cousins TBLaZe started honing his skills and began making mix tapes to gain more recognition by the masses. Then, in 2006, a good friend introduced TBLaZe to the Dj King – Deejay Shadee at NuBar (Astoria, NY).  Deejay Shadee, who has a very good rapport in the Dj game and night life industry, gave Dj TBLaZe a chance to open up for him at NuBar and other local lounges and clubs in the neighborhood. He helped TBLaZe fine tune his skills and introduced him to the various promoters in the NYC night life business.

 

Now becoming a Headliner in his own right, Dj TBLaZe has played at venues such as Strata, Touch, BLVD, Providence, LQs, Level, Branch, Quo, Maracas (Resident Dj), Penthouse 808 (Resident Dj), System, Sea Lounge (Resident Dj), Clevelander Miami, Mangos Miami, SRB’s Brooklyn, and many more over throughout the years.

What’s next for TBLaZe? Now a family man, TBLaZe is now Djing, promoting and hosting his some of his own events at local clubs and lounges in the Brooklyn & Queens area.  TBLaZe is focused on continuing to grow his name and brand  and becoming a common name in the nightlife industry by gaining respect from his peers for his clean mixing style and his humble demeanor.
